Prenatal Support
During your prenatal visits, we'll discuss the topics of your choice including birth preferences and postpartum planning, stages of labor, positions for labor/pushing, etc. We'll also practice comfort measures and breathing techniques.
Labor Support
Feeling contractions? Give me a call to let me know. I'll join you once you're in active labor.
We'll put those comfort measures you learned in the prenatal visits to work. I'll do my best to keep you as comfortable as possible. I'll stick around for a bit after delivery to support you in bonding with your new baby.
Postpartum Visits
This is the time to process your birth. I'm sure as you reflect, you'll have a lot that you want to talk about.
We can chat about what went as expected and what was a surprise. Before I go, we'll spend a little time going over your postpartum plan and newborn care. You may decide that you would like more support, so feel free to inquire about postpartum services.
